As expected, the Sony Xperia S is all set to make a debut in the Indian market on April 10. The pre-bookings to this fist Sony branded handset after its split from Ericsson has just opened. Users will get free accessories worth Rs 5,000 including a car charger, a leather case, an HDMI cable, two NFC tags and 50GB of free cloud storage for lifetime.
This handset sports a 4.3-inch display, a 12.1 MP camera at the back with HD video recording at 1080p, a 1.3 MP front-facing camera with 720p video recording and will run on the Android 2.3 out of the box with an Android 4.0 ICS update coming later this year, as promised by Sony.
