Washington : Now very soon we are going to see the advanced technology which has come up with see-through cell phones, which can be wrapped to a wrist, the technicians have made it in such a way that all the components will be transparent and flexible as they used Silicon oxide for it.
“James Tour” Rice University Chemist has declared that this type of memory can be combined, it is with likes of transparent electrodes that are developed at Rice in order to make it Touch Screen and transparent. All the integrated circuits and batteries were developed in some other labs.

In 2010, there was a fabulous discovery of pushing a strong charge through silicon oxide. Using this method, Rice started creating a transparent memory. Here what happens is, a pure silicon crystals are been formed by use of insulators in electronics, the crystals are less than 5 nanometers wide. Initially, you can see that oxygen atoms are been striped from the silicon oxide, it happens repeatedly and again reconnects the circuit to turn into nonvolatile memory.
The News of discovery was posted in the front page of “New York Times”. The Rice’s lab has developed and come up with two-terminal memory devices which can be load in three-dimensional configuration and can be attached to flexible substance.
