• Titanic and Avatar director James Cameron to come up with Titanic in 3D

The film Titanic is making a comeback in 3D world-wide this year. ‘Titanic’ and ‘Avatar’ directorJames Cameron has been making preparations for seven years and waiting for the bad weather to end for several days; and finally on Sunday he became the first person to reach the deepest point in the world’s Pacific Ocean in a solo dive.
As per the National Geographic, Cameron approached the Mariana Trench’s Challenger Deep, a depth of 35,756 feet in the Pacific Ocean southwest of Guam at 2:52 p.m. Pacific time (7:52 a.m. local time).
Cameron tweeted while sharing the news at 3 p.m., “Just arrived at the ocean’s deepest point Hitting bottom never felt so awesome. Can’t wait to share what I’m seeing w/ you@DeepChallenge.”

Cameron came out of the surface from the historic dive of Pacific Ocean at 7 p.m. after a quick 70-minute ascent, as per the National Geographic.
The director had designed a torpedo-shaped submersible called the Deepsea Challenger, that he rode bravely in 7 miles to the down of the earth, thus becoming the 3rd person to reach the depth and the 1st to do it alone.
According to the National Geographic, his first words to his crew were ‘All systems OK’, upon reaching the bottom. NG has made partnership with Cameron on the bold attempt.
Plans have been made by Cameron to spend 6 hours in the deep ditch collecting sediment samples, small sea creatures and shooting still images and 3D footage of life underneath the deep sea floor.
As per the plans if everything falls in place, Cameron the director will make a quick comeback to his day job – on Tuesday the film studios Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox areanticipating him eagerly at the London premiere of ‘Titanic 3D’.
