The gorgeous Kareena Kapoor is always into making headlines, as buzz is to be believed, she will be doing an item number in Dabangg 2 which rights been sold 42 crore rupees . She will bereplacing the hottie Malaika Arora Khan from the original Dabangg.
The makers of the movie want another item number in the sequel and having Kareena Kapoor would only make it even more successful. This time it is heard that Malaika Arora Khan will only be the producer.
At first when the Dabangg sequel was announced, many speculations arose including the one that told that Amrita Arora would dance for an item song with sister Maliaka Arora in the sequel, along with Salman Khan. Well now plans have changed and Kareena will be doing the item number. The common thing in the number seems to be Salman Khan.
Salman-Kareena who paired in Bodyguard looked awesome together and therefore the actress was the perfect choice. Kareena had last done an item song in Don; so this time it is certainly going to appeal the audience yet again.
Last year’s Dabangg was a super-duper hit with impressive storyline, infectious music, Maliaka’s ‘Muni Badnaam’, excellent acting of the actors and mind-blowing stunts.
This year too filmmaker Arbaaz Khan is ready to top himself with bigger stunts, bigger sets, and yet another item song. Mostly Lalit Pandit or Sajid-Wajid, either of the composers from the original, would be composing the song. Kareena in item number will surely rock in the movie.
Kareena had earlier shook her hips ‘Chammak Challo’ for the film Ra.One; her mujra number ‘Dil Mera Muft Ka’ in Agent Vinod; now her Dabangg 2 item number.
As per filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar, Kareena will be doing two item numbers. One of them is called ‘Halkat Jawani’ for Heroine movie.
Well Dabangg 2 is anticipated to release this year-end or in the early March 2013!
