BEIJING: One of the most important world business meeting The 2013 Fortune Global Forum is been held in Southwest Chinese city of Chengdu in June 2012. This meeting will initiate from June 6 to 8, for this prestigious meeting many companies were invited like CEO’s of all the multinational companies that includes the top governmental staffs, economists, investors, entrepreneurs and scholars to attend this event in China.
The Managing Director of U.S based Fortune Magazine Andy Serwer has stated that “China plays one of the promising roles in the world market for the dramatic growth of all the western regions in the countries. They have decided to share all the ideas for the new trend in present complex global economy and look forward in future. In fact, China got the chance to host the forum for forth time. Actually, this was started in past 1995 by a Fortune magazine. Previously, this meeting was held Shanghai, Hong Kong and Beijing, in past 1999, 2001 and 2005.
Chengdu is one of the best places to hold this “Fortune Global Forum”. As this place is situated in the heart of China and very soon it is going to be the leading center for higher education. In addition, this place also includes many ranges of technologies and industries, services and logistics in order to attract all the global companies. This is the region that attracted all the international enterprises as it took very initiative part in secondary market.
As it has all the favored policies and a huge market, 200 Fortune Global and 500 companies have decided to join that operation in Chengdu. The facilities also include research centers, plants and regional headquarters. Serwer has stated that “seeing all this, it can assured that Fortune Global 500’s moving towards China will drag the margin to the top level in the field of developing countries”.
